No your's is perfectly ok.

@Hassan = Yeah please increase the time between two frames.

@ Saurabh: I am using Photoshop to make them and to Animate i use Imageready...

P.S i did save each slide as .gif before animating them...

Ok these are the software i am also using.

Why do you need to save each slide (frame) before animating.
Just make all the slides (frames) on different layers and click this button

By doing so the same image with all the layers are opened in image ready.

Now for reducing the size.

By Going through Windows>>Optimise>>Preset>>GIF 32 No Dithered
Try different option on the optimise panel and you could end up with the require size. But quality of image is reduce.

Other option is try to reduce frames if optimization fails.
