Great sig hassan you are creating some really good stuff at the moment, keep it up mate! How do you create the effect with same coloured pixels from the Pakistan star? btw I don't think the effect looks so good around Asif but looks much better around the Pakistan Star.

i think he just smudged it with a scattered smudging brush...
