The Background of the Brazil one is stretched which dosent look very attractive..

Umm... The font name is i think Dark Crystal ... u can find it at dafonts.com...

And @ ur PM:

To get the the glow effect double click on the layer in the layer window to get the blendiong option and in that one tick Outer Glow...
