HOW DO YOU MAKE BOWLING MORE INTERESTING??

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone new any ways to make bowling more interesting?
As I think most people are like I always enjoy batting more than bowling - but I enjoyed bowling a few months ago until I realised that if you put the spinners on you get them out for under 100.
The second problem is the CPU's scoring rate.about 8-10 an over usually.
And the other problem is that when you've finished bowling the ball you have to wait to the keeper throws it back to the bowler which takes a lot longer.
I think maybe if we could fix the CPU run-rate to about 3-4 rpo(tests) and 4-5(ODI) in the earlier overs and then increasing + more difficult bowling,it would be really good to bowl in this game.

The problem with the CPU run rate is that everytime 'he' hits the ball, it comes straight of the middle of the bat, and usually for four. So one way of slowing the run rate down would be to try and make it so that the CPU mistimes the ball more often. Not quite sure how to do this. Tried editing some of the shot atr files, so that it was harder to hit boundaries, but this didn't work, as on test level the CPU only 'hits' the ball with a keyframe 2 shot, and this is powerful. But you can't make this less powerful or else the CPU would never score boundaries...

I don't think that there is anyway that you can edit the internat files to make the CPU mistime the ball more often. So I don't really know how you can slow down the CPU run rate...but I'll keep trying...

Anyone else got any ideas?

How do you know the CPU only hits keyframe 2 every time? Is this definate?

I sometimes play with 2 controllers (joypads) so I can both bat and bowl at the same time. That way , you can realistically make bowling changes, field placings and bowl and bat to suit the state of the game. You have to be honest with yourself though, and not favour one team over another!!
On this subject, does anyone know if you can configure one controller to do both batting and bowling at the same time?

well........i am still waiting for the international update........but i am glad to see that someone..... is willing to do this... update some good stuff.... and i think that there should be some more competitons.....like the coca cola cups... competitons in asia..pak, ind, sri and also the county clubs should be included....... this is a great site keep up the good work guys

It is definate that the computer plays frame 2 shots 99% of the time, because I tried changing the other keyframes power to 0, and when I played the computer still hit the ball for fours...
