As usual 40-43 degree with unbearable humidity. No rain from last 1 month. Schools have been called off again after summer vacation :upraytill further notice.

El Nino has effected India badly.

Monsoon to be 90% means drought in most parts and yeah in Punjab and Haryana it will be even lower meaning less Wheat. :

Central India will have normal monsoon so I trust rains for last 7 days in Mumbai. No luck here. Its freaking 30 degree in Shimla.
