My dad and sister came back yesterday from there after a two week holiday.

Not really (). I could have gone if I wanted, but school holidays and uni holidays are different, so I would have had to miss out of the first two weeks of uni.

I wasn't really that interested in going anyway. They were going for the culture/scenery etc, which I have no interest in.

Ah well I needed a break from the ordinary so it served my purpose. KL was boring, your everyday big city, but the scenery at Langkawi (beach resort) was brilliant, plus the weather was better compared to Saudi
