ICC 2008 Editor works in ICC 2009

Im on the editor, but i dont know how to save the changes i have made. Help please?

childish things should make an official editor where who ever uses it cant play online and there should be a different exe for that and when posting screens shot it should say editor version.

cant save the changes , edits everything but changes dnt take effect.
using 2008 editor for my icc 2009.
plz help
