its still a good performance from a parttime bowler and hes got a avg of 154 with the bat at the moment as well

James Benning is very good at one day matches, he didnt have the best of starts but i was forced to play him as a opener for the first 6 games but batting at 4 he is brilliant

he is only 24 and since he is batting so well, i think you should give him some tech training because the practise you are giving him at the moment is redundant.
