Super Selector is Back!!

The Super Selector Battle for Supremacy Game is based on The ICC Battle for Supremacy: Its Fifty-Fifty!! from 19th February 2011 - 15th March 2011 in the Indian Sub-Continent. Super Selector points will be scored from the real life performance of the players in cricket matches. A full list of these matches may be found here. The game is a stand alone competition. Prizes will be awarded to the highest point scoring managers of the ICC Battle of Supremacy competition only.


Submitting your Team
Once your team is complete you must submit it to start scoring points. All teams must be submitted before the first ball of tournament is bowled. Teams submitted after the first ball of the tournament won't be counted.


Prizes
You have got the chance to grab some great prizes at the end of the tournament!

Prizes are:-
Grand Prize ? 1,000,000 vcash
Secon Prize - 700,000 vcash
Third Prize - 300,000 vcash
Consolation Prizes - All others will get 10,000 vcash


How to Pick Your Team
To enter a team you must select 11 crickets from the cricket squad of teams in Group A and Group B. Each team must consist the following:-

5 x Batsmen
1 x Wicket-Keeper
1 x All Rounder
4 x Bowlers

Note:- You may only select a maximum of 4 players from each team participating in the competition.

Choose a Captain
You must choose one player to be your Captain. Your Captain scores DOUBLE POINTS. You can not change your captain once selected.


Scoring Points
Super Selector teams will score points based on the performance of your players in each of the matches in the tournament schedule.

Captaincy:-
Choose one player from your 11 players to be the 'Captain' This player will score DOUBLE points.

Points are allocated as follows:-
1 Run = 2 Points
1 Catch by Fielder = 10 Points
1 Catch/Stumping by Wicket-Keeper = 5 Points
1 Run Out = 10 Points
1 WIcket = 25 Points

Bonus Points:-
Hitting a Century in an Innings = 75 points
Hitting a Half-Century in an Innings = 30 Points
Taking 5 Wickets in an Innings = 75 Points
Man of the Match or Hat-trick = 25 points
Batsman of the Tournament = 100 Points
Bowler of the Tournament = 100 Points
Man of the Tournament = 100 Points

Player Points on the Performance of the Their Team:-
Win = 15 Points
Draw/No Result = 0 Points
Lose = -15 Points
