Yes.
In this case you'll be replacing Dilshan with Tendulkar. Would make a difference of some 100 points.

When we make a change do the points of the new batsman is added to points of the batsman replaced or the points of the new batsman is counted on his all over performance.I want this doubt to be clear off before making any changes.

Whichever batsman has the most points will be counted. The points won't be added together.
