Final Round Preview
As we head into the final round of the competition, five teams are still in with a shot at taking home a final spot. After winning their latest match against Nashua Titans, the Derbyshire Falcons book a spot straight into the Grand Final which is going to be held at the MCG. But which team out of the five could gain a spot into the qualifier and then the final.

:aus: West Coast Fever
After getting off to a good start over Auckland, they have struggled in the next two games against Derbyshire (top of the ladder) and then Mumbai (bottom of the ladder). But a easy win over Lahore has kept some hope in the team has they take on 4th place Nashua in the final round. They will be hoping that Chris Gayle and Lasith Malinga can strike for West Coast.

:ind: Ultimate Mumbai
For Ultimate Mumbai, the hope of a possible finals appearance look highly unlikely as they will need results to go their way. Their season could only be excited about the win over West Coast Fever in Round 3, but other than that they have struggled to win matches. We hope that Gautam Gambhir and Vernon Philander will strike as they take on Lahore.

:nz: Auckland Strikers
Auckland is only above Nashua on NRR and with Derbyshire their final round opponent, they will need all hope to go their way. But last time that these two teams was in a warm up match where Auckland Strikers smashed Derbyshire by 104 runs. That though was a different ground so it will be interesting to see what happens in their match as they hope that Sanath Jayasuriya and Mark Gillespie help the team to victory.

:pak: Lahore Lions
The Lions are two points behind the three teams of West Coast, Auckland and Nashua. But with the final match against Mumbai a must win game they are hoping that Salman Butt and Younis Khan can muster up a good enough partnership to aid the bowlers as the top wicket taker only has three wickets. Recent form though would be tough to rule out as they have only got two points from the last three games that they played.

:saf: Nashua Titans
Nashua is the last of the three teams that are on eight points as they have to take on West Coast Fever for what could be a possible spot. Nashua form has also mixed with two straight wins in R2-3 helping the cause. But after the Derbyshire Falcons smashed them by over 100 runs in the last game, they are hoping that Elton Chigumbura and Morne Morkel can maybe rescue the team in taking one of those two spots.
