Accept the fact that except dhoni no one else played.
I am against those who calls him match finisher when he comes in and hit a six / four in the last ball.
That doesn't make sense.
Match finisher is the one who play from the start, contribute in scoreboard and finish the match.
Its not about how many six and how big your strike rate is.
Its about how you can play while chasing. How you can absorb the pressure.

I said the same thing after the India SA, Nagpur Test which India won. I have no issue with admitting India got their backside handed to them. But, a marquee event like a T20 WC opener deserves a better ÇRICKET pitch. Just for the fans.

P.s: In 2007, India opnly lost to New Zealand, crusing each and every other.

There is alot difference between 2007 squad and 2016 squad.
I don't think India gonna win.
Australia/ South Africa gonna win.

Ridiculous performance. This is why I say "stop calling us the favorites". I won't even be surprised if we don't make the semis. This "favorites" tag is probably a cunning way to make India complacent. Because if India play to potential at home, all that hype can easily be justified about them walking away with the cup.

And NZ did a superb act there! But yes, I am so disappointed after this game. And we have Pakistan next. Maybe this massive defeat will wake up India and bring that pressure back, which we always love. India and Pakistan is already big pressure (the ego of not wanting to lose to bitter political rivals - this rivalry is uglier than anything else on any planet) and for India you add the pressure of an early exit to it. Saturday is going to be one hell of a nail biting day. Doctors and hospitals on alert in India! I am pretty sure quite a few are not gonna be able to take it.

Don't count New Zealand out. And we are doing the same mistake with Aus/SA that we did with India - hyping them up. I have a feeling a dark horse is gonna rule this tournament. Bets on New Zealand, England and Bangladesh.

India are still favourites. Indian fans turn way too quick on their teams.

India should beat Pak and Bang and will get another win to propel them into the knockout stages.

Nagpur producing a poor pitch shouldn't surprise anyone. We already saw it with the pitch in the SA test series and of the warmup games and first round it was by far the worse pitch compared to the other venues.

Hopefully we don't see repeats of this. This is not what we want to watch when it comes to 20/20 cricket.

Good win for the Black Caps. All the pressure on India now.

I think New Zealand will be through to the semis for sure. Williamson's captaincy was spot on today. Didn't expect that. NZ were better in every aspect today.
Today's match was like the one we lost against Lanka. We didn't respect the pitch. Few lazy shots were played.
Even though it's difficult for India to make it through, I don't expect them to lose any more match in this tournament. We play well under pressure. I feel Australia would be a tougher team to beat, out of the remaining three, but we can do it. I believe in our team. We will come back harder, stronger.

Yeah Williamson showed his captaincy skill today.
He sent his bowlers well according to situation.
When lefty comes in he sent McCullum.
When right handers comes santner and Ish comes.
And pacer bowled good economic overs.
Thats ridiculous that Dhoni said that its not their bowling unit , they lost because of their weak batting. Yeah India's batting is weak but we can't say that NZ bowlers has no effect.
Bhajji deserved a chance today.
Part timers bowling for india while the most experienced spinner warming the bench.
As sodium said Overconfidence ruined team india.
Being favorite doesn't let you win the game.
Hard works do.
And Indian batsman did nothing today.
