Shahid Afridi is one of my favorite cricketers and I am looking forward to an exciting innings for him.

But I am hoping for some great performances from young Zampa and Coulter-Nile.

Cannot understand why Sarfaraz Ahmed bats so low for Pak. He is the most sensible batsmen I feel they have got. Along with Malik. All the others are very poor. My goodness still no Sarfaraz Ahmed. Wow!

it wasnt just useless but probably damaged the whole chase, malik and sarfraz should have batted before.

Would have preferred aus facing Ind after a handing down, still its going to be a virtual Quarter final between IND And AUs now.

A very good win for Australia. In the end their total proved too much for brave Pakistan. A very good knock by Steve Smith, who led from the front

I felt sorry for Afridi. I hope it is not the last time we see this magnificent player.

His stumping was the turning point of the innings. And credit must go to young Zampa for bouncing back after Afridi hit him over the boundary earlier in the same over. That wicket should give him great confidence for the future.

But Afridi had to go for it at that precise moment. This time he failed but he has had success playing in that fashion before and who can fault him.

Please, hold your head up Mr Afridi. You went down fighting and I much enjoy the way you play the game.

That was just in the heat of the moment. I know that he's contributed a lot to our cricket, and could've been the second Pakistani captain to win a 50-over WC, but DRS and our middle order decided otherwise.One thing's for sure, he's the most frustrating cricketer of all time. He should've retired after the 2011 WC, when he was still very loved. And his captaincy has been very poor since he took over from Hafeez back in 2014.
