Is it true that Harsha Bhogle was sacked because Amitabh Bhachchan tweeted about him being too neutral instead of supporting India, and then Dhoni tweeted in Bachchan's favour?

Amitabh Bachchan - With all due respects, it would be really worthy of an Indian commentator to speak more about our players than others all the time.
He was right on his own side ...... The post was not offensive too . It was just his kind way of giving suggestion to Harsha Bhogle .

And Dhoni was right about his post ....... Every player likes to be appreciated by his own countrymen
The players work hard to win every game for their country & on the way you would speak "much about" the foreign players ? What ?
You should promote your country first , and then you can go on talking about other foreign players !

These ^all Twitter posts are clearly not the reasons for Harsha Bhogle being sacked

The reason is that - BCCI is senseless

:lol A commentator working in an ICC event should be neutral.
 
This is the cheap mentality of Indians. That's why those who speak right always get disrespected.

Praising other team player's talent is wrong. Supporting other team is wrong. He supports the game. Just because he is Indian doesn't mean he has to praise India.

It's like if any Indian says " Titanic" is a great movie then it's wrong. They are bound to say " Humshakals" is an Oscar award winning movie.. :p

Well completely expected those kind of mentality from Dhoni but unexpected from Amit ji.
