triseries is not going to very special cause we already know that india and australia are going to be the finalists

 Now what INDIA did in the Adelaide test is surely worth bowing down to !! Now I know, not many would disagree with me(apart from some "BRAIN-DEAD" ppl). For the past 140 yrs only 8 teams managed to win a test in Aus scoring 200+. Now India became the 9th - AIN'T THAT AWESOME.

At 84 for 4, not many would have thought that India would pull up a draw, forget about winning the test. But they did just that - THEY WON THE TEST. Taht brilliant 303 runs partnership between Dravid and Laxman was simply awesome. Then the 6 for 41 by Agarkar was stupendous. It was truly a team effort. Contributions by Parthiv and Kumble with the bat in the 1st inns was great too.

Many would say that Aus were without their best bowlers and even Gillespie was injured after bowling a mere 10.1 ovrs in the 2nd inns. But that's Cricket mate. No xcuses work here. Only the Best team wins at the end of the day. I'm mooo! sure the series is Indias - coz (with due respect to the aussie team) I've never seen such sunken Aussies for a loooooooooong time now. And moreover they did what they r never supposed to - THE AUSSIES GAVE UP!!

This is what Self-beleif and Over-confidence can do to a n individual or a team. austrailia only loosing 2 tests at home for the past 4 yrs and beating India bitterly in their own backyard recently, were far 2 overconfident. While India had nothing to loose. Their arrow struck the bulls eye and they were the Champs.

But now India has to keep it going. They have to break the barrier of winning just 1 test in an abroad series - like they did in Zim, Eng and Win. So just keep going guys.

:cheer: MERA BHARAT MAHAAN !! :cheer:
(INDIA IS GREAT)

i m not agree with for indian bowling u cuz u know what agarkar who never took more then 4 wickets in a test he took 6 wics in a innings. it was only indians luck.
but indian batting i agree with u. i think india got best batting line up.

It was not because of luck!!
Indians really did play very well and indeed better than Aussies which is proved by their win.
If the Aussies remain over-confident then they'll lose the 3rd test and the series as well....

I think ausies were over confidant. You'll see them rise in the next 2 matches.Breat Lee is back. :(
I concider India as one of the most inconsitant team. You'll never know.
They could bury Steve's men in their own backyard(hope this happnes :D ) or get buried by ausies.

I see India struglling against Aus A,without Sachin,Dravid,Laxman,Zaheer.

it was not luck..it takes skill to get wickets...and those wer good wicket stoo..india deserved the win they played hard and brought the mathc backinto their grasp....scoring 500 in the second innings is not luck(please india, i hope u inspire pak right now  )

but india better not be too full of them selves also..understand aussies will come much harder and try everything to win this series as it is Waughs last...i dohope waugh hits a 300 because then he will come close to breaking the record

U might not believe what i'm saying but I definately think that India need to keep it safe and bat as looong as they want. Because, believe it or not. Aussie can easily break up the Indian bowling attack!!! So India shud be safe and draw the match. Coz they can win the series anywayz.

India's match against Australia A finished in a draw.

Result

Australia A 1st Innings: 311/5 declared
India 1st Innings: 245 all out
Australia A 2nd Innings: 241/7 declared (Clarke 131 not out)
India 2nd Innings: 66/2

Match drawn

Clarke was playing great...

38 not out and 131 not out, he really is the next star in Australian cricket

looks like aus A are doing better than aus  mauybe they should play aus A....
