India tour of Australia

B) no way

the pitch is already showing signs of spin.

kumble and kartik r gonna rock the aussies

gangully did a good job after winning the toss he elected to bat first

cuz we dont have to bat on day 5 then

we should give credit to gangully ,he is a good captain.

last test when he saw wickets were falling he kept sachin back and he himself went to bat ,and again here he saw that india needs a good paternership and sachin is playing well,so he sent laxman.
and it worked too :cheer:

even in the onedays he gave the opening job to sehwag ,sehwag was a failure on no.5.

gangully has supported every player in the team including yuvraj and kaif

all credits to him

he is god :D

Thanks for assuring me of this. I live in the USA. I can wath the match, but I will have to pay for the whole series. And it will cost over $100!! Hope Karthik shows us some TVS Cup magic!

WHAT A DAY?? Laxman & Tendulkar hv officially taken the game away frm the Aussies. Lets now hope the spinners can add to their hardwork and drive a scintillating victory home. Parthiv Patel's here to stay...great cameo by the youngster!

oh dear oh dear.no matter how bad it looks its still not as bad as the MCG and even then the aussies blew the crappy indians away.??? .i dont like india very much but thats not hard to see.but i like them more than pak cos they suck. (2-1 to England  ).

back to the subject i still think that india are only just scraping it. if you look at the card theres only 2 batsmen to come and if any of the aussie bowlers strike in the first session (with 2 wickets) its beggining to look rather dull for the indians.

presonally i just dont think the indians scored quickly enough.there batsmen are going to have to play themselves in again against a newish ball so thats going to be tricky.

On the other hand the indians, if they can survive the first session without exposing the tail, have the ideal platform to kick off and score at 4/5 an over and try to bat the aussies out of the way.

But for my money tendlukar is the key. He hasnt scored any rns in the seris and as what usually happens with top class batsmen (I.E Brett Lee....joke.or is it ;) ) they tend to kick off just wen you dont want them to.

in the end im going to vote for aus at this stage, if the last test is anything to go by, to knock over the indians within the first 2 sessions and probobly (at the latest) bat before tea.The aussies are goung to have to achive this if last years SCG test is anything to go by.
dude...they aint no crappy old england where batsmen use their pads more often than their bat. they are INDIANS, the best batsmen in the world. and there's no way aus can win now!

well if you read the whole thing i did predict that tendulkar would get runs...so screw your self.Andi did also say that india could score at 4/5 an over if they survived the first session.

However it doesnt hide my dissapointment.i am very angry. If india win they will think they are the best in the world but im sorry they aint.I wish Eng could have played this aussie side last year so we would have won the ashes.

Nobody gave India a chance at the start of the series (including me). I and everyone else thought it would be a whitewash. One of the bottom ranked teams in the world going against the best team in the world. But all credit to India for going stride to stride with the Auzies.

I am kind of surprised and dissappointed at the Auz. bowling. Gillespie is the only one who has looked good. Bracken has been economical but has not looked threatning. The rest of the fast bowlers including lee have been hit around. The spinners.....well the poor blokes. McGill has been used as a punching bag. At 13/646 he has been carted around to all parts. He has managed to replicate what Warne did in the previous Aus.-Ind series....Yes score a 50! Warne had 10/500 avg of 50. McGill has done the same.

So i still have my doubts. Is McGill the best Aus. spinner? If the Indians can do this to him in Australia then just imagine what they can do to him in India. I think it is time to find someone who will perform in India.

The best Australian spinner is Shane Warne but is unable to play for sum reasons. Still one bad patch doesnt make you a bad player, Take Sachin for example. He averaged 17 goin into the Sydney Test and made a 200.

Yes Warne is. But look at what the Indian did to him last time around. He needed physchological help after the series. Thats how bad it was. With India the only unconquered place for Aus. they need to pick a couple of spinners who do not do what Warne and McGill did to India.
