India tour of Australia

Let us not get carried away by dada's knock. No doubt that he played excellent cricket, but still 3 more test matches r left and as ppl wuld agree INDIA is the most UNPREDICTABLE team ,so cant say how they will perform in remaining matches.Although i agree, that indians wuld be confident in the next match, but still.

wont be surprised if India win the series.
LOL.

I Wished ganguly wud have stayed a little bit more

he just went haywire and started hitting every delivery and was caught at mid off
Indians dont use their BRAIN
he shud have occupied the crease
tommorow india have to fire and reach 430 or above b4 lunch
and give aussies a go

India are a very strong batting line up....unfortunate that they struggle to bowl sides out away from home....watch this space as the Australian bowlers take the upper hand in the second test

Bracken seens to be a good bowler, altough i feel sorry for Brad Williams who was omited for him

It will be an interesting series especially if the Aussies have to use this line-up for the forthcoming test matches. I have to smile at Indian supporters though who get really carried away with their team. It seems they are either classed as world beaters or are dubbed as rubbish...nothing in between. They have a quality batting line up and their bowling attack looks well balanced, but we know from history that they are unbelievably inconsistent. Flashes of brilliance followed by average displays. I'm not sure if they have the mental toughness to win the series outright, but there's a few Indian players who's moment of truth has come and they are about the only side in the world who can take the Aussies all the way.

let's hope that lee or mcgarth don't come back till the end of series ...........
:cheezy: :saywhat:

Agree Nikhilverma, you can't help feeling that with Lee and McGrath India would struggle. With them out, it's much more interesting.

Result

Australia 1st Innings: 323 all out (Langer 121, Khan 5/95)
India 1st Innings: 409 all out (Ganguly 144)
Australia 2nd Innings: 284/3 declared
India 2nd Innings: 73/2

Match drawn

I really hope rain doesn't interfere in the next test match...

Hows the weather down in Australia currently?

Thank God Aussies was able to draw the first test otherwise the series result would have read 4-0 with India (amazing) winning 4 tests. I think they are going to crush Australia.

Australian  to India

It's true oh It's true Dhawal
Australia will certainly  to the Indians.......
(don't take it seriously)
