To be honest, I'd like to see a World 50 over ICL tournament rather than the proposed T20 one. Oh well.
Ganapathi Vignesh looks like a good bowler, he bowls at 125kph and gets a good seam position with a simple side on action. He has also smashed a 17 ball 50 in the tournament and so is handy with the bat too. The only thing which concerns me about the tournament is the lack of Indian pace bowlers who bowl at international pace (130kph+) and that the pitches are so slow as to mean that express bowlers (Bond, Best) simply come onto the bat.
I feel that he is wasted in T20 and it is a shame that he joined the ICL. He could have very well worked his way into the Indian team. Unlike the other Indian bowlers in the ICL, he has the ability to bowl at 135kph and has good BCCI sanctioned domestic figures.
