Hardik Pandya could be dropped as well. Failed in the death with bat and is an expensive bowler. Maybe Nathu Singh, Vinay Kumar or Unmukt Chand can be bought in to boost the batting. An overseas replacement for Malinga could be Hashim Amla.

The whole point is that MI is a franchise in perpetual confusion. I don't think any of their trophy winning years have been convincing. They're a mercurial side with a lot of talent in the squad, sometimes too much. MI need to just settle down and give some guys a run. I don't think 3272 coaches in the dugout help. This should be the ideal line up-

They're playing Southee who bowled really well I might add, because they won both trophies by playing the extra seamer as the foreign international but at the moment the issue is not the bowling, the issue is the batting. It amazes me how rigid franchises are at changing balance. It seems they just have a pre decided template.

The key to win against RCB is to play with power packed batting lineup. The bowling unit of RCB is pathetic. Just win the toss and choose to bowl. They score something around 200-210. But fail to defend it due to unsettled bowling lineup.

RCB has already lost this match - 11 out of 13 matches is won by a team chasing this year in Wankhade. 11 out of 12 matches is won by the team chasing in the previous matches of IPL in Wankhede.

Just amazing spell again by Krunal... Its high time MI should drop Hardik and bring Unmukt Chand or Vinay Kumar... Lets give this last chance to Pollard, otherwise Corey is ready to come in XI.

Corey can bowl decent if Bhajji or Pandya fails. Bumrah/Southee/Mc looks a good attack now.
