CONDITIONS OF DAY2

Its a perfect condition to play cricket!!!! Its bright and sunny!!! The pitch might help the fast bowlers in the first session.

EVERYTHING SET READY TO START THE DAY2

Welcome to the Day2's play between India and WestIndies!!! India with the overnight score of 271/4 seems to be in good position and also must be looking for some big scores today. On the other end, Lara and his team are little unhappy but still they have lot of confidence!!!!

Two Umpires are out in the ground and Windies players are walking out of the Dressing room to try their level best to defend India within 400!!!! Now comes the batsmen of India... They are looking confident... The entire arena of Indian Fans are enjoying the music of Little Master...

ENTERTAINMENT TO START........

Well, The atmosphere is great... Stadium is fully crowded.. Infact it looks like an One day match here.... I guess everyone here are expecting the Master's century......

So, Everything is set ready.... Umpires are looking at the clock..... The players are waiting for the Umpire's word "Go"!!!!!

Always the contest between Lara and Sachin is going to be ON..... Just a few minutes for the start of today's play....

INDIA GOING IN A RIGHT PATH....

As soon as the umpire said the word "go", there was a huge noise from the gorund when the bowler was on his way to deliver the first ball!!! This is because the bowler was W.Hinds!!!! But the batsman was Dhoni in the striker's end. But immediately Dhoni responded with a quick single....

Now, as soon as Sachin came to the strikers end Lara immediately adjusted the fileding for him....Since he was in his nervous ninety's, Lara set an attacking field to stop singles....

Again the crowd were onto their feet, jumping and cheering " Sachin Sachin...." and playing their music!!!

It looked as if Sachin is going to get his first century......But Little Master found little hard to concentrate.

Hinds bowled the next delivery...And this time, in response to his fans encouragement, Sachin went off in the air in straight where there was noone near the boundary... It went one bounce to the rope for a Four....

That was an amazing shot and Little Master reached the CENTURY.... Everyone in the arena stood up and cheered... Everyone in the dressing room stood up and cheered... Coach's face was filled with big smile :happy !!!! Even Lara,Hinds and Gayle came to Sachin and gave a warm handshake....

MUSIC OF CENTURY BY LITTLE MASTER...

The music of century was played all over.... This should be his one of the best innings!!!! Hinds finished his over.

Lara brought Gayle in other end... Both these batsmen still have the same tmpo to punish the bad balls and leave the good ones and rotate the strikes.... Gayle was smashed to four by Dhoni.... This continued and now Dhoni reached 49!!!!

Again it was Hinds!!! Dhoni was contented to take single and raised his bat to the crowd for a wonderful half century!!!!

DHONI JOINS THE PARTY

So both of these batsmen have reached their special milestone!!!! Now both will be looking for the huge total to be set for India!!!!! They are well settled and they belive themselves that its possible to do it and even the coach does the same!!!!

All the problems are now on Lara.... How Lara is going to break this... This is remaining as a question mark since the last session of Day1's play!!!! If Lara can take atleast one wicket in this session, Windies will be in this competition else they shd be ready to face the consequences!!!!

DHONI AND SACHIN IN THEIR STEADY JOURNEY!!!!

After both the batsmen reached their milestones, they are confident to handle the bowlers well!!! Also, they have decided not to take any risks and sticked to the very great policy of rotating the strikes!!!! Hinds, Gayle and Edwards were operated so for by Lara!!!! All these three seems to be contented with containing the overs rather than going for runs!!!!

Hinds was really frustrating the batsmen.... He is pitching in the legstump line and moving it away i.e deliveries swing away from legstumps... Even the keeper is finding it difficult to collect those deliveries!!!! The batsmen are very clear to leave those becos they still remember Dravid's dismissal!!!!

But inspite of bowling these bad lines, its a great suprise that Lara still operates Hinds from one end!!!! This really lowers the quality bolwers!!!

Edwards was introduced in other end replacing Gayle!!! Edwards bowled well!!! He was always right on the target!!!Both the batsmen were watchful to all these three bowlers and were going at a steady rate!!!

STEADY AND CONSISTENT

So both these batsmen reached the steady 150 runs partnership!!! Also it brings 300 runs for India!!!! This partnership is really frustrating for the bowlers but a great entertainment for the spectators. The things are not working for Windies. Really Lara has to do something on Hinds if they like to stay in the competition.

ATLAST LARA BROKE THE CHAIN!!!!

It was really a nice performance being displayed by both Dhoni and Sachin!!! They were completely in control!!!! Also they were just rotating the strikes and enjoying the game....

Lara on other end was busy with his bolwers!!! At the same time he did not stop Hinds in one end!!! The Windies fans being the true support of the game did not stop the music too... they were continuously playing to encourage the players. Lara had fe problems with the ball's shape but it was rectified by the umpires.

Once again the bowling change was made... This time Bravo was brought in at the end where Gayle bowled.... So three bowlers at that end (Gayle,Edwards and Bravo) were operated. But in another end, only Hinds was operating.... This is a really a suprise for all.......

But suddenly the things turned the otherway.... W.Hinds struck atlast getting rid of Dhoni!!!!

HINDS AND LARA RELIEVED A BIT ATLAST.....

It was a slower most delivery pitched in the middle and slightly turned away from Dhoni.... This slight turn and slowness is the cause of Dhoni's wicket.... Dhoni was completely decieved by that delivery!!! The ball managed to hit the stumps and time came for Dhoni to go back to pavillion!!!!!

It was a great supporting innings by Dhoni... Its a unusual Dhoni innings but well done....
He recieved standing appluses from th crowd when he returned to the dressing room.... Even the coach gave a warm handshake!!!! Dhoni's role was crucial and he also played a part with Sachin to get India into good position.

IRFAN PATHAN ARRIVING TO JOIN THE MASTER....

The new batsman is Pathan joing the well settled Sachin!!! The only job of Pathan is to give strike to the master!!!

Windies have a good chance now to finish the bowlers off befor India can get to 400!!! Lara's job is not over yet.... The master is there... As long as Sachin stays at the crease, anything may happen!!!!

HINDS's TEMPTATION FORCED PATHAN TO COMMIT SUICIDE.....

The strategy between Pathan and Sachin was very clear. Pathan has to help master to get the strike!!! But Pathan wasn't comfortable there!!! After Dhoni's dismissal, Sachin faced the next over... He managed to get only a single that over and retained the strike next over against Hinds!!!! The first ball of Hinds was punished to a four!!! The score raised to 332!!!!! The over ended!!!!

Next over, Pathan did a good job of taking single in the first ball!!!! Sachin wasnt able to score runs freely!!! The over ended with Pathan on strike against Hinds!!!!

1st Ball :Hinds bowled a beautiful delivery that was missed by Pathan to keeper.
2nd Ball :Hinds managed the ball right in target in the block hole!!!!

The next ball turned the things around!!!! It was a slowest delivery... and Pathan was tempted by this!!! As soon as he saw the slow delivery, he decided to play it straight with full power!!! But it was a terrible mistiming by Pathan!!!! The ball went high in the air... Powell came running and took a superb catch!!!!

HINDS DOING SOME MAGIC....

The catch was an outstanding one!!! Powel was flying in the air like Rhodes and took an wonderful catch... This should be the catch of the match!!!! The entire arena of Indian fans gone into silent but the music of Windies have started already!!!! Pathan just managed to get one run in four deliveries!!!!

HINDS TO PATHAN....

Hinds is creating trouble now!!!Also Hinds who was bowling bad line and lengths is really bowling a perfect line!!!!! The variations in the speed is doing trick now... The slow delivery was the cause of Dhoni's dismissal and now tempted Pathan that made him to throw his wicket!!!! SO Hinds got three important wickets!!! Lara's Hindsoperation is working India in trouble!!!!

AGARKAR TO BE TESTED NOW....

Ajit Agarkar replacing Pathan and joins Sachin!!!! Sachin needs someone to stay for some time atleast!!!! India have lost two quick wickets!!! Hinds is doing well now!!! So Windies are right back into this competition!!!

SACHIN LEFT ALONE.......


This has turned to be a real testing time for India!!!! Very quick wickets of Dhoni and Pathan has applied more pressure on India as well as the master in the middle!!!!! Sachin is in well settled but no partners after Dhoni.... He is left all alone!!!!

When Agarkar went in to bat,Sachin clearly told him to play his natural innings and to give strike whenever possible!!! Sachin clearly alarmed Agarkar about the slow delivery of Hinds!!!!

Agarkar was ready to face Hinds!!! Lara set an attacking fielding!!!! Hinds delivered the slow ball again... Agarkar trying to defend the slow ball but was completly decieved!!!! The ball went pass him and was clean bowled

AGARKAR BECOMES FOURTH VICTIM FOR HINDS....

India is in bad position now!!!! Inspite Of Sachin's warning on slow ball, Agarkar failed to manage it!!! Sachin threw his bat down and kept both the hands on his hips and nodding his head and was really frustrated about Agarkar!!!! Hinds was enjoying all over.... He was dancing and was running everywhere in the ground.... Some great things happening to Windies all of a sudden!!!! Windies music is now all over.... Indianfans in the arena can hope only the master to get India to 400!!!!

TRICKY SLOW DELIVERY TO AGARKAR

Agarkar got frustrated too after seeing his own dismissal in the big screen!!!! Hinds have improved a lot now and bowling exceptionally well!!! The ball was pitched in the middle and slight turn with a slow pace!!!! This is similar to Dhoni's didmissal!!!! Now Indian Coach is tensed as he wants India to score atleast 400!!!!

KUMBLE JOINS LONELY SACHIN!!!

Kumble replaces Agarkar!!! Hinds is expecting his 5 wickets!!! Sachin shd do something to get India in driver's seat i.e to 400!!!! Lara is very much excited now!!!! Sachin as usual explains Kumble about the danger of slow deliveries!!!

The pitch is changing its behaviour.... The slow balls are doing more trick... Its extremly difficult to play against the slow,turning and good delivery!!!!
