Cmon, who are we kidding? Haven't we seen this pattern already? We end the day well only to see a collapse of epic proportions in the first session next day.

India - 175 all out
SA - Win by 6 wickets

50 runs too many there, 125 to be precise.

Oh boy! I thought I was on the extreme side but this is something else...

I am predicting an Indian collapse today. The middle order hasn't been in great form and a failure here might mean the end of a few careers. Pujara and Rahane aside, I also feel the screws need to be tightened on Virat's performance as well. For a star player, who has gotten adequate rest over the last year (unlike Pujara and Rahane), he hasn't really performed to his potential.

By the time India play Test cricket next, one can expect that we would have moved on from the existing middle order and transitioned over to Shreyas and 2 others. Post the SA series, we will mostly be playing at home and the pressure to perform might not be as high. Forecasting this to be the last test that Rahane and Pujara play for us.

If this goes like your Bangladesh statement then Pujara and Rahane will bat all day.

Ha Ha Ha!

Well, they have the capability to do so. Having said so, I'd still stick to the replacement of the middle order. The upcoming games are against Sri Lanka (home), one-off v England(Manchester) and Bangladesh (home). Can provide the new look team much needed confidence here.

Jeez.. I'll stay quiet... 175 as asprin said.
