This has become a theme with Kohli. I thought his first innings knock was one of his best ever but he has entered this mode in his head where if the non striker is ticking, he just bottles an end up. His game is to score and the ball he got out to was simply a case of a blocked mindset. He would put that to the fence 100/100 times in the nets.

Ashwin should really consider his shot selection. Poor way to get out, driving at a length ball on this wicket.

I thought he did extremely well to not give Pant the strike when the bowlers were on top and he did the wearing down the bowlers part for Pant who is not so good at it. Just when I felt India were looking good for 300 and out of no where that shot came.

Repeat of 2nd test match incoming. Once again our bowlers will have to perform extra ordinarily and win us a match. This match is once again a reason why you never drop Pant or even think of dropping him. His and Kohli's partnership was crucial and without his 100, well less we say the better.

Rahane should definitely give all his match fees and monies earned during the 3 test matches to our bowlers. Also a great players career might just be over. Farewell Jinx, you were really amazing in your prime days.
