Best Player:

Award Name: Sir Ian Botham Award for Best Player

Calculation System:

Best Batsman:
The best batsman award will be given to the player who appears the maximum number of times in the Batting part of the summary.
This means that if PLAYER A scores 600 Runs in the whole tournament, and PLAYER B scores 100, even PLAYER B could win this award if he appears the maximum number of times on the summary related to batting.
The sum of the points will be calculated and the winner will be declared.
This is done as many players win the award for scoring maximum runs on favourable pitches, which I feel is wrong, and the best batsman should be determined by his contribution to the team.

Point System: (Batting Summary)
1st Position: 4 Points
2nd Position: 3 Points
3rd Position: 2 Points
4th Position: 1 Point

Best Bowler:

The best batsman award will be given to the player who appears the maximum number of times in the Bowling part of the summary.
This means that if PLAYER A picks up 15 Wickets in the tournament in the whole tournament, and PLAYER B picks just 10, even PLAYER B could win this award if he appears the maximum number of times on the summary related to bowling.
The sum of the points will be calculated and the winner will be declared.
This is done as many players win the award for picking maximum wickets on favourable pitches, which I feel is wrong, and the best bowler should be determined by his contribution to the team.

Point System: (Bowling Summary)
1st Position: 4 Points
2nd Position: 3 Points
3rd Position: 2 Points
4th Position: 1 Point

Best Player:
The best player award will be given to the player who becomes the the Man Of The Match for the most number of times.
