International Cricket Captain 2007 Announced for PS2, PSP and PC

Here is the link, turns out we will be getting console action for ICC, the graphics should be improved then, and maybe a major update for the first time in years!

The developer of International Cricket Captain 2006, Chris Child, has announced that the World Cup version of the game will be released on the PlayStation 2 and PlayStation Portable, as well as for the PC. Speaking at a launch event for the game at Lord's, the spiritual home of cricket, he also indicated that the game may also be released on a next-generation console, with the Xbox 360 the most likely candidate...

EDIT: This is dated June 2006, so it is old, did anyone pick it up before though?

This game is expected to have an overhaul of graphics and actually be a different game from the others.

The next game out is the Ashes edition much similar to ICC 2006.

I was surprised to see the date on that news story. I can't believe it hasn't been posted here before!

I am looking forward to ICC 2007, I have been playing Cricket Coach recently but I think ICC 2006 was the best cricket coaching game to date. With improved graphics, I think that ICC 2007 will carry that on.

On that site, it mentions June 16th as the release date of ICC 2006, not ICC 2007.
