International Teams Kit Update

Kev seems to be the only one who makes kits for Cricket 2004 these days so it will have to be him who does the majority of these. That will mean in LQ format, Kev!

Let's try to tick them off as we go. The requirements are next to them.

Australia- home ODI kit
Bangladesh- test kit, and ODI kit
England- ODI kit
India- test kit, and ODI kit
New Zealand- test kit and ODI kit
Pakistan- ODI kit
South Africa- test kit ODI kit
Sri Lanka- test kit, ODI kit
West Indies- test kit, ODI kit
Zimbabwe- ODI kit

Pakistan - Test

I'll probably update the Pakistan ODI kit and The England ODI kit next.
