One thing kicks my mind that , those players who had their base price 100K in the Auction originally , still have their base price @ 100K in the unsold auction . When they were remained unsold at 100K , would they be sold again at 100K ?

Minimum value of a oversea players in my league is 100k... So yep, 100k unsold players goes again for 100k...
