Kindly help me ,i want to know,i myself an under-17 district cricketer ,who got many major injuries

such as

1.Elbow injury

2.Knee injury

3.Back injury

Probably best to go over with a coach on your action (I suspect you're a bowler) and find ways to reduce stress which is most likely causing these injuries.

I think a game has some un avoidable injuries. So, this thread is not worth creating imo.

Also possible you are playing too much. I don't know how it works in Chennai/India, but here the ECB have directives (I think they are legally binding) which protect young cricketers.

You are 100% correct i was primarily a batsman in the intial stages of my career in U-15 games as i was supposed to go at the middle orders batting against spin has always my cause particular the googly delivery hitting elbows and as time went i was de promoted to lower order ,then my selection in my team came under scanner so i became a fast bowler thus promising to my sides i took nearly 15 wickets in just 7 matches ,but bowling of long spells has always been my tragedy and then i got myself an elbow injury which prompt my career to a halt kindly help me

You need to understand the limitation of your body, and adapt your workload according to that, so that you do not endure excessive stress.

Working-out in the gym is a good way to build up muscles and increase the limit your body can go through. A healthy diet is also a must.

Also, work on your action and playing postures. This will help you in the long run.

What about short runs???:p

Well whenever I've picked up injuries while bowling I generally go to the doctors to get it checked out and then do physio for a few weeks. It's best to get it checked to get the problem identified correctly. Then just go over your action and work on things that may reduce injury such as unnecessary movements and what not.

That or reduce the amout of bowling your doing, if your a young bowler thats never a good thing tbh.
