It would be much easier if Dipak were a pace bowler (like I thought he was ). But then we'd be down a spin bowler I suppose.

Not really, in OD matches a 4 pace - 2 spin attack is much better than a 5 pace - 1 spin attack.

Normally a 3 pace - 2 spin attack should be fine for FC matches, it's just that the excellent pitch put the cat among the pigeons.
