Jan 3-7: 5th Test: Australia v England at Sydney

Are you out of your mind or what ?? This game definately is important. We have lost the Ashes but we can square the series and stop the Poms from a series win. How you can say this one is no important :facepalm

Are you still here you complete mug? Dunno how many times I have to explain that India never have and never will compete for the Ashes, now begone and watch your lot beat South Africa instead.

No idea why he had to play that shot. It looked to have guide through to Collingwood. Giving his wicket away to cheaply the Australian's all series.. It's pathetic

I'm still waiting for him to play like Sehwag like he promised.:lol

That is such a terrible shot just before lunch of a test match its unbelievable. Simply cannot comprehend how this guy averaged over 60 in First Class cricket at one point.

Flat track bully?

I'd tend to agree yet he still managed to whack around the English counties for hundred after hundred during early season when it was seaming and swing around.

And he whacked South Africa everywhere.

Good time for a wicket that though. Giving Khawaja 40 minutes to think about his first ball in Test Cricket might work in our favour as well.

What's with Australia picking players who aren't born in Australia? What kind of crazy ass team does that? Pathetic.

I'm sure this Usman Khawaja is a nice bloke and all, but if he gets a first baller it'll be the funniest thing i've ever seen in my life.

His confidence has been shut down since getting dropped. So right now its not so much a technical battle as it is a confidence battles. He doesn't seem like the bustling and confidence guy who made his debut. He'll need a score to have that belief back some how.Its not the short ball now but he doesn't play confidently outside off.Well thats just my opinion.

Good first few balls. Pulled the big fella away for 4. Looks rather confident if i don't say so myself.

Tremlett must still think it's lunchtime with the buffet bowling.

Agree. You gotta draw the line somewhere. If they had 4 I probably wouldn't support them anymore. They wouldn't really be 'Australia' would they?

Just like England and their history with playing South African's?
