The zip file contains a psd which can be edited, and a JPEG which shows the font settings for each part of the scorecard.

Wow JC, just saw your Channel 9 one. its just Awesome.
One suggestion btw, make all team logos and keep them invisible. One who needs will click on the "Eye" beside the layer.
