IPL Kolkata Knight Riders

i ONLY have ONE thing to say to you my child, your... nah thats ok i am feeling nice today, so wont say it. but you really need to get that head out of your... and try to read others post carefully and get the point that other users are trying to make here.

you said
started up on McCullum again and how he is to blame for Mortaza's bowling.
and i asked
where? show me where i blamed Mc for Mash's poor bowling? show me boy!
so i d k why you bringing up those posts... read read read, read again, carefully, borrow my gpas glasses if you need too.

yes i DID blame him, never denied that, not for some one else but HIS OWN FAULTS. but if you really think he is not to be blamed for his own mistakes..then you to grow up, and start following cricket when you are old enough.

look around, check the update on that story, its called INTERNET, LMAO i dont have to be in KKR to know these.
and good job you now know how to catch typos, 3 points for you...

i just wasted good 5 min of my life that will never come back. please spend your time wisely, and dont stop others from doing so...this is my last post to you, as i cant repeat any more to you. if you dont understand, then read again and again..

nice chatting with you...

McCullum is not a politician like a few of KKR team members/staff.you can always see his commitment in the field and how hard he tries to justify the bucks he's getting paid.
please don't blame mccullum as most of us know him well enough and he's not that type of a person.

guys, calm down.. past is past. 58 runs in 4 overs... so what? It's not as bad as 100+ runs in 10 overs by Lewis in legendary 400+ run chase. The world has not got upside down because of those 26 runs especially after the win against in-form CSK team. If 28 runs can be scored in RP(1 ball)/Singh(5 balls) i.e one over, 26 runs is not a big deal in the same match.

Lets get over it and move forward instead of continuously quarelling on that last over. Past is past.. lets look forward for the next match. Any more unending/provoking/unnecessary posts will be deleted. Thank you. :onpc

Frankly speaking i dont want kkr to win their next match because it will stop my next team from goin to the semis.....
Next match KKR vs RR is a win-win ...lose-lose siuation for me

i hope your royals come out on top mate.but,i also want to see mccullum fire again.
and,did you guys notice what i did?

KKR should win their last match, last time around that was a very close match, that went int o 'super over', lets hope that they win the last game and end the season on a positive note.

Seeing the match Vs Chennai, we come with that KKR team has a lot of potential in chasing one of the biggest total, but thanks to the team coach who's weird tactics give a sort of disunity in the team. I ll surely vote KKR ahead of Mumbai Indians after seeing the Chennai match!

how come we only have 19 posts!
CSK! damn they already posted 3 pages!

Strangely enough, your wish did come true, Mac. KKR now has the longest team thread. But everything happened in an odd sort of way.

The Telegraph - Calcutta (Kolkata) | Sports | Brendon open to staying at helm

Plenty of things will happen before that... To an extent, I have had some of the guys come to me and say that they want me to stand and fight. Who will be the captain next year needs to be decided in the next tournament. If my players want me to be the captain, and the people who make the decisions want me to be the captain then, I will be doing them an injustice by refusing.

He also says why he didn't play Charl Langeveldt earlier. And his reason makes a lot of sense.

His reasons make sense, but bowlers win you games, in any form of cricket. Kolkata are fortunate in that they have some of the best Indian bowlers in Ishant Sharma, Kartik and Agarkar.

Agarkar was the only one who underperformed. Going at more than 9-an-over is far too expensive. Kartik didn't take many wickets, but he was economical and put pressure on one end for four overs. Problem is he received no help.

If you look at the bowlers for KKR, only Sharma reached double figures. The next best is Agarkar with 6 (at a ridiculous average of 47). That isn't good enough. Their lack of wicket-taking bowlers cost them, not runs. At least he recognises that Mendis should have played more games, because he is a bowler who would have taken wickets for them. They've had Langeveldt, who looks like he can do the same too (though the pitch was incredibly helpful).

Gayle, McCullum, Hodge, Hussey, van Wyk, Mortaza, Henriques, Mathews, Mendis and Langeveldt were/are the 10 oversease options. There's only really 6/7 of those that should be genuine contenders for a place. McCullum will take one, Gayle the other. In my opinion, the other two have to go to Mendis and Langeveldt, if only for a decent balance (an aspect which KKR have got massively wrong).

What they need for next year is a genuine strike bowler, a wicket taker who they can turn to, whether he be Indian or overseas. On top of that, he needs to find some quality Indian batsman. The balance of the squad, and as such the starting XI, has been wrong throughout. But McCullum is not helped by having such limited quality in terms of Indian batsmen, so he's forced in a way to play his overseas ones and unbalance the side.
