Hey guys. I am experiencing some issues with importing teams from academy. When I first got the game I had selected the "get best" option. I found the team outfits to be unrealistic and quite bland. Some top players were also not given much attention to detail (like devilliers from south africa). I then went to the academy and downloaded the most popular south african team where the players did look somewhat realistic. I tried linking the team so that they are now under international instead of custom. However when I play, the game seems to resort to older models and some of them are unrecognizable yet in the actual team I have downloaded, when I go to look at each player without starting a game they look different from the players that come out on the pitch. Can anyone please help me? The south african team really looks odd. Only quinton and hash look decent

Maybe try deleting your sa players then download my team again. Its Llewelynf7 on the academy. The team might pop up in the custom section, just link it to the sa team. Voila

Thanks. I actually did download your teams. Great job on creating so many teams. I was watching an aussie video the other day about the ashes game and she said to download all your created teams. She even said that you probably work for bigant lol. I'm not so sure now as I see you are from south africa. I'm from South Africa as well so it's good to see other South Africans playing the game as well.

Yeah, thats funny. I have been working on Big Ant games for a while, but unofficially for the community not for them per se. I am on the beta team for testing the cricket games though so I do get early access.

Guys my batsmen still don't look right. They all have blotchy skin and sometimes they appear as normal during the toss or in the menu. They appear dark as well with patches of skin. However They are wearing the custom kits just as Llewelynf had designed them.

I even tried deleting my profile data, starting the game afresh and downloading the teams. Also said replace current with new for all. Even selected yes for stats.

I have a ps4 pro could this be a possible glitch?

Yup. it's a known issue with the Ps4 pro. Hopefully waiting for the next patch to see if it fixes.

That really sucks. Now I've had to redownload everything. Change my settings back to the way it was etc. Start career mode again though I didn't go very far....

You can still download the teams without logos and works fine(no pixel issues). However that mean no custom uniforms(academy created). Test matches would look ok though.

Guys there seems to be an odd familiarity to these players with patched and weird skin that some of us are experiencing due to the glitch in the ps4 pro. They seem to be a combination of the stored team on the disc and the created players from the academy.

They seem fused together. Weird....

It wouldn't take much to post something like that on this forum. A lot of activity from them when they were trying to push the game to people, then like a cheap magic trick, gone. Terrible company ethic. Loyal customers have to go on little bits and pieces wherever they find them. People who've bought two relatively incomplete games within a year deserve at least that much.

I can't complain too much , if it wasn't for bigant we wouldn't even have a decent cricket game on the ps4. As for my personal experience, bigant used to respond to my queries during the dbc 17 days. I never thought a game developer would ever respond to me until I met bigant.

Still... The game isn't perfect and the patch needs to come asap. I really hope they fix the Co op couch mode where the batting inversions get all mixed up. And the ps4 pro glitches where players look nothing like themselves.

I wonder how these obvious glitches got into the game?

Are the beta team even being engaged with any more? Some big names very quiet at the moment. Maybe interest has died away in this game.
