Graeme Hick was in the 1983 WC squad of Zimbabwe but didn't get to play there and before that he played a few lesser status games for them. Colin Bland played for Rhodesia, the old Zimbabwe so he's also allowed that way.

In that case, will the born Aussies or the Aussies that have played for other countries be allowed to play for Australia?

Only if they've played for their country at some level like the two mentioned above.
