I recently have had issues with my license, that being that i receive the error code 501 when i am trying to access the game. Over the past few months i have had issues. Even though i purchased the game and had it working for a few months, i had to re-install the game after my computer crashed. Ever since then it has been saying i am under the trial period, and it resets itself after every two days. This went on for about a month until last week when entering my license details again for the hundredth time, it came up with error 501, saying my license could not be found on the server.
I have tried contacting childish things about it, but so far there has been no reply offering assistance. Does anyone know of anything i could do to fix this problem? I don't particularly want to pay for the game again, as have done so twice already.
