Good first attempt I like the idea of using the blur effect. I think where the blur tool itself is concerned though it would improve the avatar if you had some kind of an discernible, but not conspicuous focal point to work around.
Text placement is also a bit off too and sticks out against the background. Have you tried experimenting with different fonts?

Ya i tried couple of premium fonts and found this. Further i will try best to rectify them.
