Martin Jol Diary - Day 3:

Today I went to face the media for the first time after the 2-2 draw against Independiente in the first Argentinian tour match.

Media - How do you think your players played?

Me - I thought from an attacking perspective we played a world class performance, But we copensated for that by being shocking at the back.If we performed OK up the front and OK at the back we would have comfortably won!

Media - So who do you think was to blame for your poor performance?

Me - I don't blame anyone for our performance but collectively as a unit we shall all take the blame for the ordinary performance!

Media - What kind of players do you have in mind to bring to the club?

Me - We have put in an offer for Luke young and we are looking at a midfielder.Natsja Ceh has caught our eye and the slovenian could be a very good signing for Tottenham
