They look great. You've done an amazing job. It's just the skin tone that I think is a little off. But I have had problems with them even with the academy to use. If it helps I've attached the adjusted version too.

The top one is his current look basically, does the game have a slimmer model? Just a little more weight than the real Kohli.

The bottom one would be Retro Kohli

Yep this looks almost perfect.
Try this
*Decrease face width a little.Increase face length a little.Hope it give us perfect model.

Regarding skin tone,I made it darker to match indian complexion. Your corrected one seems perfect with your model. I didn't had a model to test.Anyway kudos to your work....
