Nixon was a good poster but so is Hooper, but in different ways. You can't really compare them as they both have good points and bad points. Hooper is a lot more laid back but Andrew had to be stricter due to moderating. At the end of the day it's not really worth falling out about, as who wants 10th when you could go for 1st?

I don't think thats possible with Kiwi1st being there

This ceases to amaze me. Hooper has got over 7000 posts in a year and a bit or whatever, whereas over my 2 years and 1 month, I have got 2,200 posts (something like that). So I do about 1000 posts a year whereas Hooper does about 200 posts per week :o

Nixon was a pain, but knew a lot about cricket. I found him a pain with the way he was a mod and how he insisted no one flames, yet would immediately try and shoot down and humiliate whoever didn't agree with him (Eg. those who believed in Ghosts and such. They are entitled to believe in what they choose, and deserve respect fot their beliefs, but Nixon didn't think so...).
But yes, his posts were worth more than Hooper's, he knew a lot more.


I had the odd stat of 12,666 sometime yesterday. Thought about posting it here, but I was too lazy and made post 12,667 instead...

I do have to admit I disagreed with Nixon when he neg-repped me and then I neg repped him back and he banned me from repping

He might have been agressive on the moderating, but I don't feel we can really judge his moderating skills unless you have stood in that person's shoes.
