Err, so did you lynch Sedition for claiming town and because you think there is only one vanilla? Because if that's the case, surely you must find the same suspicion on Adi considering he has also claimed vanilla? Why Sedition and not Adi?

Hmm, is this just a backtrack or genuine town. I've got no idea.

To that end I'm now even more suspicious of Aditya. For reasons I outlined earlier.

Didn't see PD's post before I put #317 - yeah I said that I was suspicious of them both because they'd claimed (or so I thought they'd claimed in Sed's case) vanilla. I am now hugely suspicious (as above) of Adi.

Now I'm unsure as to whether you are trying to fly under the radar to hide the fact you're mafia.
We need to come to a decision fairly soon but I'd like to explore my hunch on Simsanta first if possible.
I'd really like a role claim from him as I don't feel like he's really helped the town so far.

Well I'll leave my lynch where it is for now, but as you say, we do need some kind of decision. Is no action that threatening though? How does a no lynch play out here considering we still have all 7 players? I guess we're better off hitting mislynch than a no lynch?

It really depends on the role make-up. If there are town information roles that are currently concealed then more time is good.
The danger is that Sedition is in danger as he (presumably) can't protect himself so we might end up in the same position tomorrow with no more information but one fewer town player.
I think we should lynch today and I may end up going back to Manly but I'd like to pressure Simsanta in the meantime.

Sim sort of did one of those under the radar moves by saying he'll post lots in one go instead of continually being involved. Which definitely allows him to slip quietly through the game for a while.

See what he has to say, but I'll definitely keep my lynch on Manly for now with I guess potential to switch to anyone else if they look more suspicious.

I think our best way forward would be to lynch, even if it is the wrong person (ie me), a no lynch could kill town in the longer run.

I think any vote I do now will be viewed as bandwagoning so I may as well hop on board with barmy

And lol, my lynch on Manly stays but tbh, sim is my suspect as 2nd mafia and I'm fine with a lynch on either of them. But Manly is doing ---- all still and nothing is really making me think he's town.

The post where I supposedly claimed vanilla was when I was talking about my strategy last game (when I was vanilla) compared to this one. Manly quoted just that line, including the bit that said "last game". My take is that he saw it was Sedition vs. Hedger, scanned the last couple of pages and saw most were suspicious of me before my claim.

If we do decide to lynch Manly and he's mafia, I can target Sim tonight if that's what you guys want. My suspicions on barmy and puddleduck were probably just curiosity more than anything, but I'm willing to give them credit for actively trying to scumhunt, whereas guys like Manly, Aditya and Sim appear to be trying to slip through. It's important to know 100% who I'm targetting though if today's lynchee is mafia, since it should definitely clear someone when I die tonight.

Expensive mistake jailkeeping me imo. You have to target the mafia killer to stay alive so if you think I'm town not mafia then you should be targeting someone else.
