The thing i love about this ground is that how close you are to the action.​

Newlands cricket stadium was truly beautiful until they put up those ugly monstrous grandstands.

MCG just ruined the thread. I mean no body watches the cricket from a helicopter, and if you did any ground would look quite good. The other grounds have great scenery views from inside the ground.

MCG still looks awesome from the inside. You don't get to see the scenery from your TV anyway.

Now that is stunning! Seems to be more cricket grounds being used in New Zealand as oppose to Rugby Stadiums masquerading as cricket grounds.

Yeah, the more the better. Those Rugby grounds are the size of a backyard! Altough Uni Oval in Dunedin is a very small Cricket ground.

I'm sorry but the mcg is just a concerete dome, Its just a bit boring because the whole ground looks the same. But my favourite ground is the oval, the atmosphere is alot more relaxed aposed to lords with all the history and snobby members in their stripey blazers lol. But the most picturesque stadium ??????????

I really want to witness a match in NZ, will surely visit Dharamshala once international matches take place.

The ground in Dharamshala looks stunning, as does Newlands, Arnos Vale, Queenstown, Bellerive, and Adelaide. But my vote has to go to the Basin Reserve.

I like NZ stadiums a lot. Australian stadiums are very good too.
