Well the report is just plain wrong. Bowler's are not reported during a match. And from what I've seen of the series, his action is 100% legit, as it always has been.

it was said that the indian batsman were facing problems when shoiab bowled short ,they could not sight the bowl ,like laxman ,yesterday said that he lost the sight of the ball when he got bowled ,but it was due to the sight screen,

but the main thing is the pcb is accusing bcci of complaining the matter to the icc and the reports said that shoiab will again have to go to australia to work out the action, but bcci has denied these allegations ,they say it is fasle and baseless.

ICC denies receiving letter from India on Shoaib

LONDON : The International Cricket Council on Wednesday dismissed media reports indicating that it had received a letter from the Indian cricket board asking it to review the action of Pakistan bowler Shoaib Akhtar.
"It is only ever an umpire or a referee that can file a report, not a team national board or the ICC. I would like to clarify that the ICC has not received a letter from the BCCI relating to Shoaib Akhtar's bowling action," ICC General Manager-Cricket Dave Richardson said in a statement here.

but still there are many people who still beleave he chucks ,

and any method tested is not 100% right., or else y murali was reported again , and as u say that disagreeing with experts , needs proof,

these experts get to watch the action in slow motion and they use so much technology ,but a person watching a match on tv doesnt have that kind of stuff,
so i wont be surprised if anybody makes a comment like chucker for any bowler ,who's action is little in doubt ,

anyway shoiab runs so fast that i cant even see if he chucks ,so count me out of this ,

but the reason for this debate is that icc may have cleared some people for such actions , but still some umpires when call these bowlers a chucker ,this heats up the debate that the icc own team doesnt agree with thier own methods of chucking ,
and who knows a bowler can still start to chuck after getting cleared ,

Even if Shoaib chucks, its not obvious. If the elbow straightens .00001 cm i dont think that will give any advantage to the bowler. I think bowlers should only be reported if their action is blatantly obvious.

You are looking more sure about his action than Shoaib himself : b'coz i hv seen that he doesn't look too much confident about his action whenever he speaks about it.
