I guess this is an all-time XI. Pretty unbalanced with Murali batting at 8, but you have plenty of bowlers. Zaheer Khan isnt one I would put in there. Ashraful deserves a place in that team.

I don't think you can have an all-time subcontinent XI without Imran Khan and Kapil Dev. Also you have to consider Javed Minandad and Sunil Gavaskar (thats just to name a few). The task of naming all-time subcontinent XI is a massive task and some of the players that have been named wouldn't even come into consideration.

actually the competition is great hence i decided to take much younger players then the older kapils and imrans

An All time XI for Ind, pak and Sri Lanka would be much easier to name than an all time asian XI.

However looking at this team 2 changes can easily be picked out.

Malinga: As good as he is now he has not played for long enough to be considered in an all time XI.

Ashraful: He can bat. But he has not shown the greatness and consistency that is required to be in am all time XI.

Again these are just my views.

This is extremely confusing, it is not a present XI but then not an all time XI since there is noone from further than 15 years ago. Secondly, Test matches or ODIs or twenty20s?
