Need a beginners tutorial

A friend of mine gave me the game. Unfortunately he doesnt have the manual. Does anyone know where I can find some tutorials on the basics of batting and bowling? Like what combo of keys to press to play different shots and when to press them.

Look tonnes of people come around here looking for 'cd keys' and controls because they have pirated versions, therefore they have no manual. So we have to be very cautios about giving out information. Sorry if i'm abit harsh.

Someone else on another forum has helped me. This is for C2005, but there should be some similarity to C2004.
