Need suggestions regarding system upgrading!

I want to upgrade laptop having following system manufacturing. Is it possible to extend Graphics driver or Graphics card or whatever it is for a laptop?

Tell me how much it will worth in India to increase -
RAM upto 4 GB
Graphics upto 2 GB

AND

RAM upto 8GB
Graphics upto 2GB

AND

RAM upto 8GB
Graphics upto 3GB

and, I think 4gb ram is enough if you have desktop. Also, get NVIDIA GEFORE 260GTX- an awesome agp card, you can run any game with that. Also, Intel Core i5 processors are awesome.
