Its pretty much a known 'issue' - best hope is PC version I am afraid, where guy called Franco is working on this very issue (I believe) - see his Patch thread!

i've had "quite a bit"* of rain on ps4. but it's often not (or barely) visible, and as i play without commentary and mostly test matches there is little clue beyond the players occasionally walking off at off times.

*for quite a bit, read some, definitely more than none, not a lot. i remember i once did have 3 rain affected matches in a row.

Rain is water that contains acid and falls from the sky English people moan about it often and, something not seen but mentioned in DBC 17. Does it matter that greatly.
