well after watching both the videos i must say i am leaning towards Ea C2K5 simply because it seems much more realistic. Yes, the players look buff, but as someone rightly pointed out, its because of the fifa and rugby engine they used..you win some and loose some.
The bowler bowls slower because they want a smooth action to make it look the ball is being delivered in one motion.
The batting stance is excellent and the shot selection has also been improved. The shots the batsmen play are exactly how they play in real life, for example if you see the front foot cover drive Gilchrist was trying to hit, that exactly how he plays that shot.
As far as the commentry is concerned, yes thats a drawback, it would have been better if they added some more new stuff. But then again the game is still a month away from release and you never know.
To me BLIC seems pretty cool, but its not smooth. Its faster paced but that makes it seem like Cricket 2004, especially if you see the batsmen hitting the shots. The players names are messed up and the bowling HUD is not that impressive, even though there seems to be more swing for the bowlers in BLIC than in Cricket 2005, but our great patchers can fix that for us ;-)
In conclusion i would say that both games are a month away from release and its still anybody's game. I personally prefer Cricket 2005, simply because i like EA. I would definately like some better quality videos to be shown by Ea Cricket 2005 as well as BLIC.
