New DownThePub v1.0

[Hitterman]

I started modding ICC from yesterday so I downloaded DownThePub. It wasn't working and I was receiving few errors like "path not found". I went through the code and found the problem. Actually, the old DownThePub was made for ICC III so there were few corrections needed. I have also fixed the Appinfo error.

I have also added a quick tutorial so that it will be easier for newbies.

DownThePUB worked fine for me when I used it to modify ICC10. There were two versions out, perhaps you got the wrong one?
