I agree.

Something about it reminds me of my youth. It's almost childlike. A real sense of nostalgia, and really captures the essence of fun that all games should be about.

Anyone can be an art critic.

It was made in paint, took 20 minutes and at least deserves a special mention in small print in the credits.

I quite like LC's green one except for the odd mix of fonts and the large 'ART' in the title...

I think it would look best with the top row of words all of the same smaller size and in the same font with just the word 'cricket' larger and below...

Simple but effective...

Pranav's idea is good but it still needs tidying up:
- shiny border is pixellated;
- cricketer stops in the middle of nowhere;
- font is a bit odd - maybe not in caps.

Agreed on each point - please Pranav can you fix these things up? Then it would be pretty much spot on.

@Shrenik - really liking this one too...excellent. Definite contender.

@Lazy_Chestnut - awesome, nice and simple. Really liking this too. Maybe couple of tiny changes needed - How about the yellow version's text with the green version colours. Also would like to see the "Art" word in the same font as "The" and "of" on the top row, so only "Cricket" has the funky effect. The cutout shape of the batsman is perfect. The green version is brilliant, just that minor text issue....

@Appu - I like it, but a bit oo 'old school' maybe?

All in all, great stuff.

I've got a few ideas about all this. I must admit I struggled with the type, and wasn't happy with it. Back in a bit with some more ideas...
