New Zealand Premier League XIII

ooooooh feature match to start off then :D

Want us to post the lineups in the thread or will you make a lineup for us?

Lol, yea lets have a feature game. :p

Just wondering as this has been going for a while we need a better curtain-raiser every season. Like a rematch of the finals. Or Something like that.

Also any news about the T20 competition this time around. I think if all the managers are interested we should have one. ;)

The problem with T20 is that Callum has to make two separate rosters for the two separate sims which takes time

50 over is fine bored of t20

Sorry guys, I didn't get home till late last night, so for the first time in ages when I haven't been away I didn't come on PC. :spy

I should be able to finish everything up in the next few days, meaning we'll start off with the feature match to determine the seeds, then we'll have a few practice matches, before getting into the real thing.

Sorry about the massive delay between seasons, it's just that I've been rather busy in RL, so haven't had much time to work on the roster.

Re the T20, we'll talk about it at the end of the 50 over season, I didn't want to have it before hand as then people would go and pick useless 50 over players like Warner and Pollard etc.

I say keep T20 out of this league. It's been a fantastic league with the One Day format so I don't think it's a good idea having a T20 format in it.

Could Bilal and Chewie please post their line-ups for the "feature match", to determine who the top seed will be.
The same playing XI rules apply as last season, which both of you should know, and the pitch type will be normal.
You can just post them here, since there's only two of you.

Waikato Warriors lineup:

1. BJ Watling
2. Jacques Kallis ^ *
3. Kumar Sangakkara +
4. Hamish Marshall
5. Kane Williamson ^
6. Ryan ten Doeschate ^
7. Shanan Stewart
8. Michael Bates ^
9. Tim Southee ^
10. Nuwan Kulasekara ^
11. Muttiah Muralitharan ^

I've finally finished all the player ratings.

It'll take me like 10 minutes per team to stick them in cricksim, so the "feature match" may be able to be played tonight, therefore we'll be having the first practice matches tomorrow or on Monday.
