I would like Kyle Mills and Brendon McCullum but I don't think I will get them. I have resigned Fulton, Broom and Elliott as New Zealanders and Ponting, Sangakkara and Sidebottom as International players.

Yeah, you won't be able to get them both...
You will only get one New Zealand IPL player, while they are both IPL player's.

New Zealand IPL/ICL Player's​

1. I get everyone to PM their two dream NZ player's, as well as two back-up player's, and then match them up evenly so you all get at least one player you want.

2. The players will be split up into four pools (IPL A, IPL B, ICL A and ICL B), and you will have to choose one player from an IPL pool, one from an ICL pool, one from an A pool, and one from a B pool. They will be distributed on a first come first served basis. (Similar to season one)

3. I make the eight groups of two player's myself, making sure they are all even. Then I post them here, and they get distributed on a first come first served basis

It won't be done today...

The only problem with the second way is that some teams will get overpowered, while other will end up with two weaker players.

I have matched up all the players into eight even groups of two, so by doing it the first way all the teams are bound to get and even duo, as well as getting at least one player they want.

I will see what the other owners think.

Maybe you should forget the IPL/ICL rule and just match up 2 players evenly (can be 1 ICL and 1 IPL if you want) and have 8 groups of them and then you can choose 1 of the groups which will have the 2 players you will get.

All the player's we are talking about are INT players, it's just that some of them have retired from INT cricket.

I already can't VM/PM you, you never post anything in the thread, and you still haven't selected your player's you want to keep.
Can you please reply to this post confirming you actually want to keep a team, and that you're going to remain active.
If this is the case, it would be good if you could fix that VM/PM issue.
I'll give you about a day to reply, and if you haven't before then, you obviously have no interest in this league.
Sorry if I'm sounding a bit harsh, but you're showing very little activity ATM, and last season you weren't very active in the thread at all.

New Zealand IPL/ICL Player's​

Ok, I have sorted out how we are going to distribute the New Zealand IPL/ICL player's. I have roughly got the player's sorted into eight duo's, but is what I need you to do is:

Private Message me your number one and number two most wanted NZ IPL player's (in order), and your number one and number two most wanted NZ ICL player's (in order).

I will give everyone about 24 - 48 hours to do so, and in-case of a rare complete match in player's, activity over the last few page's (when I have asked you to reply) will count. Bare in mind, everyone should be expecting to get one player they didn't ask for, and a transfer window will open up after the draft.
